下向きは、重さの方向です
なので下向きの重さを感じやすい
では、上向きはどうかと言うと？
Downward is the direction of weight.
So it's easy to feel the weight downward.
So what about upward?
上に行き着き、そこに留まる重さの感覚は、
とらえにくと言えます
何か今にも落ちてきそう
上方の限界面（天井）に重さを感じ続けるには、
たゆまない積極性の発露が必要です
The feeling of weight that goes up and stays there is hard to capture!
Something is about to fall.
To continue to feel the weight on the upper liminal plane (ceiling)
requires a tireless outpouring of positivity!
何か苦行のように感じられますが、
