坐禅がなぜ、面白くないのか ？ （１）
坐禅の特徴のひとつが、その腕と手です
単純と言えば単純です
両腕で円を描き、両手で円を描く
でも実際坐ってやってみると、なかなかしっくりこないのが普通でしょうか
One of the hallmarks of zazen is its arms and hands!
It's simple, if you can call it simple.
Draw a circle with both arms, then draw a circle with both hands
But when you actually sit down and try it, it is usually not so easy to get it right.
うまい下手は別にして、例えばサッカーとかは、誰でもすぐ遊べます
では、ゴルフはどうでしょう？
まったくの未経験者が、すぐコースに出て遊べるかというと、たぶん難しいかも知れません
むしろ、いじめになっちゃいます
Apart from being good and bad at it, anyone can play soccer, for example, in no time.
So what about golf?

うまく出来なくても、ケガはしません
ケガすることはないでしょうが、こんな結論に至るかもしれません
「 ぜんぜん面白くない 」 「 二度とすることはないだろう 」
