一盂 iti-u 在世に互換せず

正法眼蔵 行持 （ １８ ）
王宮にかへらず、国利を領せず
布僧 fu-so 伽梨 gya-ri を衣持 e-zi し
在世に一経 i-kyo するに互換 go-kan せず
一盂 iti-u 在世に互換せず
一時一日も独処することなし
釈尊はその生涯において
静かに坐して、天地自然を己の服装となされた
坐禅を食器とし、その食器で天空の音楽を食された
In his life, Sakyamuni Buddha
He sat quietly and made heaven, earth, and nature his attire.
Zazen was his tableware, and with it he ate the music of the sky.
その生涯において、その服装を変えなかった
その生涯において、用いる食器を変えなかった
He did not change his clothes during his life
He did not change the tableware he used during his life
