正法眼蔵 辨道話（ １２０）
しかあるを、この見をならうて仏法とせん
[ しかし、この説明に納得して、これを仏の教えとする ]
However I am convinced by this explanation
I take this to be the teaching of the Buddha
瓦礫 ga-ryaku をにぎりて金宝とおもはんよりもなほおろかなり
[ それは、瓦や小石を拾って宝物と勘違いするよりも、愚かな事です ]
That is more foolish than picking up a tile or pebble and mistaking it for a treasure
癡迷 ti-mei のはづべき、たとふるにものなし
[ キチガイにもほどがあると言えます ]
I can tell you it's nothing short of crazy.
大唐国の慧忠国師 e-tyu kokusi 、ふかくいましめたり
[ 中国の慧忠国師は、この考えを深く戒めました ]
Chinese Master ETYUKOKUSI deeply cautioned against this idea
「 心性の常住なることわり 」
どこまでも滅する事なく永遠に継続する心
A heart that never perishes and continues forever.
これが私達の核心です これを知る事が仏教の核心です

一見、まっとうな説明です

わけの分からない坐禅、それをしなくても、知る事で決着がつく
