又いはく
「 道をみるもの、道を修す」 と
また、このような言葉が続きます
Also, these words follow
道を見るものは、その道を歩む
He who sees the way, walks the way
これはどのような意味でしょう
What does this mean?
禅は哲学であり、文化である
Zen is a philosophy and a culture
99.999%の認識はこうかも知れません
99.999% of the perception may be this way
禅とは坐禅をする事に他ならない
Zen is nothing more than doing zazen.
日々、坐禅の時間を持とう
Let's have time for zazen every day!
先人の教えはこうでしたが
Our predecessors taught us this.
中国・日本ともに普及率は、ほぼゼロと言えます
Penetration rate in both China and Japan is almost zero.
何故、このような結果になるのでしょうか
Why is this the case?
道を見るものは、その道を歩む
He who sees the way, walks the way
これは、こうも言えます
This can also be put this way
道を見てないので、道を歩めない
I don't see the way, so I can't walk the way.
坐禅を見てないので、坐禅をする事はない
I don't see zazen, so I never do zazen.
では、坐禅を見たとはどう言うこのことなのか？です
