いはんや広大の文字は
万象 ban-syo にあまりて
なほゆたかなり
転大 ten-dai 法輪 ho-rin
又 一塵 iti-zin にをさまれり
生成と消滅、これを音符にして
Generation and annihilation,
Make this a musical note.
世界は、音楽を奏でてる
The world is making music.
天球の音楽
Celestial Music
それが、塵一つの中に収まってる
It is contained within a single dust
日常においても
In everyday life
足の親指の内側
Inside the big toe
ここが活きてると、とても元気になります
I feel so much better when this place is alive.
身体の中で、一番遠いところです
It is the furthest point in the body
輪郭まで意志を吹き込む
Infuse will to contour.
そのコツは、こうです
The knack is this.
足の親指の内側へ、気合いを入れる時
Time to put your spirit into inside of the big toe
同量の「眉間の虚」を確保します
Ensure the same amount of the emptiness of the glabella
二つは相殺され、結果なんともない
The two cancel each other out
and the result is nothing.
眉間の虚と親指の内側の力が、釣り合うわけです
The emptiness of the glabella is balanced by
the power of Inside the big toe
二つが拮抗して進んで行く
Conflicts move forward in antagonism.
天球の音楽と同じです
It's like celestial music.
相殺されてゼロなので
Since they are offset and zero.
いくらでも、気合いを込められます
You can put as much energy into it
as you want.
こうも言えます
We can also say.
「眉間の虚」
The emptiness of the glabella
その静けさは、これに依存すると
That serenity depends on this
頭で天を衝き、腰を大地に埋める
With your head, hit the sky.
Bury your waist in the earth
手と足、十本の指

意志をその先端まで、行き渡らせる
