正法眼蔵 辨道話（２５）
これらの たぐひと共住 gu-zyu して
同語するもの、また ことごとく
あいたがひに無窮 mu-kyu の仏徳そなはり
（ 世界遺産はユネスコが認定します
World Heritage Sites Certified by UNESCO
（ その世界は、地球の事でしょうか
Is that world the earth?
（ では、天球をめぐるオリオン座はどうでしょう
So what about Orion over the celestial sphere?
（ その価値は、ユネスコに依存するでしょうか
Does its value depend on UNESCO ?
（ それは、ユネスコが創られる前の
何千年前何万年前からその美しさを保っています
It retains its beauty thousands and tens of thousands of years
before UNESCO was created.
（ 宇宙は、人からのお墨付きを、必要としてないのかも知れません
The universe may not need human endorsement
（ 人間に依存しない宇宙
Human-independent universe
（ それに地球は大きく依存してる
The earth depends heavily on it
（ 黄道十二宮が千年あまりで一つ進む時
When the zodiac signs advance one in more than a thousand years
（ 地球の地表は、まったく違ったものとなります
The surface of the earth will be completely different
（ その時、私達の生活は同じではありえません
At that time, our lives cannot be the same
（ 黄道十二宮の内側
Inside the zodiac signs
（ それが私達に直接影響する小さな宇宙と言えます
It ’s a small universe that directly affects us.
（ 家族に属している、会社に属している。
Belonging to a family, belonging to a company.
（ 国に属している。地球に属している
Belonging to the country. Belonging to the earth
（ 坐禅においては
In zazen
（ 身近な宇宙である黄道十二宮の帯
The belt of the zodiac signs, which is a familiar universe
（ それが家の内側であり
That is the inside of the house
（ それが肌着となります
That will be your underwear
（ 何故、そのようなイメージに飛翔出来るのでしょう
Why can you fly to such an image?
（ 坐禅においては、手足の指が目覚めています
In zazen、The fingers and toes are awake
（ 身体の外周、一つの宇宙の外周
The perimeter of the body, the perimeter of one universe
（ この二つは、照応しています
Because these two are anaphoric
（ 共に、閉じた円だからです
Because both are closed circles.
